Arkham City Soundtrack Coming on October 4th

Arkham City's official soundtrack will be released on October 4th, two weeks before the release of the game itself. The soundtrack has new songs from Panic! at the Disco, and more.

Exclusive Skins and a Helping Hand

Gamespy is reporting that Batman will have an unlikely helper in Arkham City. Batman will team up with none other than Bane to stop a gang that is spreading "chemical contraband" around Gotham.

In even cooler news, it looks like there will be special skins for Batman depending on the retailer you you choose to purchase your copy.

We're all very excited for the launch of Batman: Arkham City on October 18, 2011 and a lot of us are saving our pennies to be able to pre-order or grab it on launch day. We at The Kryptonian wanted to make it a little easier on a couple of you. Robin Confirmed For Batman: Arkham City Challen...

We told you last week that pre-ordering Batman: Arkham City from Best Buy would get you an exclusive playable Robin character, but today Best Buy released more information on the Boy Wonder.

Best Buy's website says

The Tim Drake Robin pack is available exclusively to fans who pre-order the game from Best Buy on Xbox 360, PC and PS3. Robin comes complete with his own unique gadgets and special moves, and will be playable in all challenge maps in the game, as well as two additional challenge maps that are included with the pack: Black Mask Hideout and Freight Train Escape. The pack will also contain a bonus Red Robin character skin.

What is exciting (but not surprising given how amazing Arkham Asylum was) is that Robin isn't just a reskin of another avatar and comes with his own moves set and gadgets. If you haven't reserved your copy yet it might be a good idea to get yours from Best Buy while supplies last.
