2gig patch hit xbox but still no colorblind mode

So I'm going to go ahead and be really ignorant here for a second.

What does colorblind mode change, exactly? I mean, colors, obviously, but how?

When you're running around and you spot a body in motion it has a tag on top of it. If it's a friendly it's blue. If it doesn't have a tag(this isn't 100%) at all or has a tag and it's red, it's a baddie, shoot it.

The current colors are, I think, green for friendly and red for baddie.

Red and green are the same color to me. Or even the yellow/combo doesn't work either. They need to be contrasting colors, preferably.

CoD games have this, BF3 doesn't.

Ah, THAT's why that changed. Yeah, it used to be blue and orange. Green for your own squad. Now it's still blue for friendly, but a different blue, pink for the enemy, and a sorta lime green for your squad. Two toned as well.

Wait, nevermind... I don't have colourblind mode turned on. They did change the colours even in the regular mode, though.
