Whoever said that has not been reading Batwoman.

Of the core Bat books, that is, Batman, Dark Knight, Batman & Robin, etc, I've heard Synder's book is the best of those.

Of course, everyone says Batwoman is the best comic ever done since the invention of the pen. From what art I've seen, I can see some reasons why but care to elaborate on how the story elevates this comic and character to such praise?

If possible without any form of major spoilers, what exactly is the Court of Owls? New group of super-villians? Dangerous secret society bent on world domination?

The Christopher parts are better. The TOS sections are oaky, but this seems to be written for someone who may not be all that familiar with TOS. All the cliche bits with each character are there along with references to events in past episodes.

But so far, pretty decent.

Cowboys & Aliens 7.5/10

A halfway decent Western even without the aliens. Biggest nitpick - how exactly does Olivia Wilde's character expect to stop these aliens if she doesn't or didn't have any of her own tech to fight them??

Harry Potter Deathly Hallows 2 8/10

I think I would enjoy this more if I watched both halves back-to-back. Still, nice revealation about Snapes, great action, and the adult scene was kinda endearing.

Another of my fav Trek writers is Greg Cox. I'm through Book 2 of his Khan trilogy and it's brilliant. The way he strings together Trek lore with actual history is terrific. Just started his Rings of Time, which has TOS interacting with Shaun Geoffrey Christopher's mission to Saturn.
